Courtney Arnall has more than 15 years of experience in marketing and communications, sales, customer service and business development. Prior to Ninja Ag, Courtney worked in the energy, precision agriculture and academic sectors.
In her roles, she worked to elevate business strategy by building customer loyalty with the implementation of various initiatives that focused on customer experience and engagement, and implementing integrated marketing and communications strategies. She built strategies and plans that identified, assessed and managed business risks across global operations and supply chains.
Courtney also worked in her roles to provide process improvement that enabled companies to produce roadmaps that addressed key gaps and impacts, and identified opportunities for leadership, capacity building, policy development and transformation.
Courtney holds a Bachelor and Master of Science in agricultural communications from Oklahoma State University.
